1 organic red bell pepper
2 organic sweet potatoes
1-cup organic carrots, shredded
1/2 organic yellow or white onion
1 cup of organic broccoli slaw

8-10 oz. Greek or cream top or coconut yogurt
2 tablespoons Brain Octane Oil

2 tablespoon minced green onion or scallion
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
