DETOX Drink - in perfect time for the holiday's.

Only 5 ingredients, 10 calories and 5 minutes to make.



1 glass purified water

2 teaspoons organic lemon juice

1 teaspoon raw honey

2 teaspoons organic apple cider vinegar

1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon OR dash cayenne pepper




1.  Boil the water, then add all the ingredients and stir well.

2.  Drink and enjoy


*ideal on an empty stomach either first thing in the morning or 15 minutes before dinner or both! :).
